Why Is My Memory so Bad

My memory is terrible, and I can hardly remember anything. "I have my phone in my hand, but I forget what to do", "I put my keys on the table, but I can't find them in a blink of an eye", "I just met someone, but I forget the name as soon as I turn around"... Most people may have experienced similar scenes. It is not uncommon for young people to often forget things and their brains become more and more dull. Memory loss has become a common health problem around the world.
