Introduction

Crazysloth Pte. Ltd. ("Crazysloth", "we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy and providing a safe user experience. This Privacy Policy, together with our Terms of Use, applies to the Free Brain Training mobile application (the "Application") and any related websites or subdomains (collectively, the "Service").

This Service is designed for global users as an educational brain game platform provided by Crazysloth. Please read this Policy carefully before using the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Data We Collect

Our principle of data collection is to gather only the minimum information reasonably necessary to operate and improve a high-quality service.

Data You Provide to Us

Our Service does not require you to register an account or submit personally identifying information (such as your name or contact details). However, you may provide:

Age: Collected to deliver age-appropriate content and determine applicable advertising settings (e.g., limiting ad personalization for underage users where required by law).

General Location (Country/Region): Used for basic analytics, localization, and Service improvement. No precise geolocation, city, or address is collected.

Voluntary Messages/Feedback: If you contact us (e.g., for support), we may process your email and the content of your message.

Note: We do not collect educational credentials, contact information, grades, or other sensitive identifiers.

Data Automatically Collected

When using the Service, the following non-personal and anonymized information may be automatically collected:

Device ID: Collected to help maintain Service functionality, ensure security, and analyze aggregate app usage. Not used for advertising or tracking across other services.

Usage Data: Play frequency, types of games played, progress, interaction statistics, and general engagement metrics.

App and Device Information: Device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, and performance diagnostics.

App Usage Data: Play frequency, game types, progress, interaction statistics, and general engagement metrics.

Identifiers: Our internal app instance/device identifiers used for security, analytics, and to maintain Service functionality. We do not use our internal identifiers for cross-app advertising. Mobile advertising identifiers provided by your device's operating system (e.g., Google Advertising ID/AAID on Android or Apple IDFA on iOS). These identifiers may be accessed by our advertising partner(s) to deliver, cap frequency of, personalize (where permitted), and measure ads.

How We Use Your Data

We use the collected data strictly for the following legitimate purposes:

To operate and maintain the core functionality and stability of the Service.

To localize and optimize the Service for different regions and age groups.

To improve user experience based on aggregated usage analytics.

To prevent abuse, fraud, and ensure Service integrity.

To fulfill legal requirements and respond to lawful requests.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, commercial profiling, or third-party marketing purposes.

Advertising support: We display ads to fund the free Service. Where required or where you choose so, we will show only non-personalized (contextual) ads. Where you provide valid consent (e.g., in the EEA/UK) or as permitted by applicable laws, ads may be personalized based on your ad preferences and activity signals.

Important: We do not create or sell our own user profiles. We do not combine your gameplay content with external data for our own cross-app marketing.

Data Retention

We retain the data necessary for maintaining and operating the Service. Data is kept only as long as needed for its intended purpose and is deleted, anonymized, or aggregated when no longer required. As the Service does not require account registration, most gameplay data is stored locally or in anonymized form.

We do not permanently store your mobile advertising identifier on our servers; it may be accessed transiently via the AdMob SDK.

Consent records (e.g., for ads in the EEA/UK) may be retained as required by law and platform policies.

Our advertising partner(s) may retain data in accordance with their own retention policies. See links in "Third Parties" and "Advertising and Our Partners."

Data Security

We take the security of your personal data very seriously. Crazysloth employs robust physical, organizational, and technical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, disclosure, loss, theft, or misuse. All personal data processed through the Service is handled with the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity and is maintained in secure environments not accessible to the public.

We are committed to continuously improving our security measures to ensure your data remains safe at all times.

Data Transfer

Crazysloth is based in Singapore, and some Service elements may be hosted or processed on servers located in other countries. The data protection laws of such countries may differ from yours. By using the Service, you consent to your data being processed and transferred internationally as described in this Policy. Where required by law (such as GDPR in the EU), we take necessary steps to ensure adequate protection for your data (e.g., use of Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognized safeguards).

Our advertising partners (e.g., Google) may process data in multiple countries, including the United States and within the EEA. We implement appropriate safeguards for such transfers where required.

Third Parties

We share limited information with third-party service providers only as necessary to operate the Service:

Advertising: Google AdMob (ads delivery, fraud prevention, measurement). We do not sell your personal information for money. Aside from advertising as disclosed, we do not trade or transfer your personal data to unrelated third parties for their independent marketing purposes. If we integrate additional third-party services in the future, we will update this Policy before new data flows begin. We use Google AdMob to serve advertisements within the Application. As part of ad delivery and measurement, Google and its partners may collect or receive: Mobile advertising identifiers (AAID/IDFA), IP address, device and app information, coarse location inferences, app interactions (e.g., ad views/clicks), and diagnostics.

Roles: For certain advertising-related processing, Google may act as an independent controller of personal data. Please review:

Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Consent and Choices: In regions where consent is required (e.g., EEA/UK), we use a consent management solution (e.g., Google’s UMP) to collect and store your choices. If you do not consent, you will receive only non-personalized ads. You can change your ad consent or preferences at any time via the in-app Privacy & Ads Settings, or by contacting us. For users identified as under the applicable age of digital consent or where otherwise required by law, we restrict ad personalization and use only non-personalized/contextual ads.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:

Right to be informed: Know what data we collect, why, and to whom it may be disclosed.

Right of access: Access your personal data held by us.

Right to rectification: Request corrections of inaccurate data.
