1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") set forth the legally binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and Crazysloth Pte. Ltd. ("Crazysloth", "we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the Free Brain Training mobile application and related services (the "Service" or "Services").
2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By using the Service, you agree that you have read, understood, and accept to be legally bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy (together, the "Agreement"). Please do not use the Service if you do not agree with any part of the Terms.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Free Brain Training is intended only for individuals who are at least thirteen (13) years old, or the minimum legal age of digital consent in your country (for example, 16 in the EU/UK, 14 in Spain/South Korea, etc.). By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements, or that you are using the Service with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who has read and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
If you are under the required age and do not have the consent of your parent or legal guardian, or if you have previously been banned or suspended from any Crazysloth products, you may not use the Service.
4. MODIFICATION OF TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will publish the updated Terms on our official website and, where appropriate, provide notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after any changes are effective will constitute your acknowledgment and acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
5. LICENSE AND USE OF THE SERVICE
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Crazysloth grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable license to access and use Free Brain Training solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational and entertainment purposes.
Usage Rules and Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit or assist any other person to:
●Modify, adapt, copy, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, perform, license, sell, transfer, or otherwise use any part of the Service or its content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
●Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of any portion of the Service.
●Use cheats, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software or methods to interfere with, modify, or disrupt the functioning of the Service or any challenge.
●Attempt to circumvent any security feature or technological protection measure implemented by Crazysloth.
●Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
●Use the Service or its content in any way that infringes or violates the intellectual property or other rights of Crazysloth or third parties.
●Interfere with, disrupt, or negatively affect other Users’ access or enjoyment of the Service.
Crazysloth reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these rules and may take appropriate action, including restricting, suspending, or terminating your access.
6. USER CONTENT AND FEEDBACK
Currently, Free Brain Training does not allow users to post public content or interact with other users within the Service. If in the future you submit any suggestions, comments, or feedback ("Feedback") regarding the Service, you grant Crazysloth a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and incorporate your Feedback for any purpose, without obligation to you.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Service, including but not limited to its design, text, software, graphics, games, challenges, and all other content and materials, is owned or licensed by Crazysloth and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, all rights in the Service are reserved by Crazysloth or its licensors.
Free Brain Training includes original content as well as game mechanics and challenge formats inspired by generally recognized principles and common features found in educational and puzzle games. The selection, arrangement, design, and presentation of the challenges, games, and overall user experience are unique to Free Brain Training.
While certain game concepts or mechanics may resemble or be similar to those found in other games, we do not claim exclusive ownership over any general gameplay principles or widely-used puzzle mechanics, which may be considered in the public domain. If you believe that any content or feature in Free Brain Training infringes your intellectual property rights, please notify us with adequate details at [email protected]. We are committed to promptly investigating genuine claims and will, in our sole discretion, remove or modify content where appropriate.
Nothing contained in these Terms shall be construed as granting you or any other party any right, title, or interest in any intellectual property of Crazysloth or its licensors, except as expressly provided herein.
8. PRIVACY
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information about what data we collect, how it is used, and your related rights and options. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Service may display advertisements and integrate third-party technologies and services, including Google AdMob, to deliver, cap the frequency of, and measure advertisements. These third-party services are operated by their respective providers. Your use of or interaction with any such services, content, offers, or links (including viewing or tapping an ad, visiting an advertiser’s website, or installing an advertised app) is governed solely by those third parties’ terms of service and privacy policies—not by ours. Disclaimer: Crazysloth does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any third-party websites, apps, products, services, content, or practices. Any dealings you have with third parties (including advertisers) are solely between you and the third party, and you agree that Crazysloth is not responsible for any loss or damage arising from such dealings.
Changes: We may add, suspend, or remove third-party integrations, services, or links at any time.
10. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Crazysloth does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or available at all times. While Free Brain Training is designed to support general cognitive health, wellness, and brain training, the Service and its content are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Any health or wellness information provided is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical, psychological, or therapeutic guidance. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider if you have concerns regarding your health or medical condition. Use of any health or cognitive wellness information provided is solely at your own discretion and risk.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CRAZYSLOTH AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, EXEMPLARY, OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL CRAZYSLOTH'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (US$100) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE SERVICE, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
12. INDEMNITY
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crazysloth and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your unlawful or improper use of the Service, or any breach of warranties or representations made by you herein.
13. TERMINATION
Crazysloth may, in its sole discretion, with or without notice, terminate or suspend your access to all or part of the Service at any time and for any reason. Upon such termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections regarding intellectual property, warranties, limitation of liability, indemnity, and other provisions which by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by and will be construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Singapore.
15. SEVERABILITY
If any term or provision of these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in full force and effect.
16. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Crazysloth concerning the Service and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
